A complete renovation in 2013 transformed this spacious property from a dilapidated warehouse into a beautiful, modern, studio space. Located in Atwater Village, this location is available for all types of film and photo shoots. Rates are flexible depending on the details of your project. The building is easily accessible, and your rental includes three reserved parking spaces along the building. All other parking is free street parking. Features include 6 remote-controlled skylights that can be opened for full sun or blacked out, 12 ft. ceilings, and an 11 ft. wide drive-in door. In addition to the main filming studio, the location also features a 500 square foot custom-built lounge room with a bar, television, and two mini fridges. We also have a 230 square foot hair and make-up room that can be utilized in a variety of ways during your shoot. Located off the 2 Freeway this discreet location is removed from the hustle and bustle surrounding many other studios in the city, and is located just 10 minutes from downtown and 3 minutes from Silver Lake.
