Modern Pet Boutique, Grooming Salon &Loft Photography Studio

About the Space

Located at street level just behind Marche Leo, this highly versatile 1,200-square-foot, open-concept commercial space seamlessly blends modern and eclectic aesthetics across two distinct floors. The main level features striking double-height ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows for abundant natural daylight, a sleek glass-and-steel staircase, and a trendy lifestyle kitchen accented by deep green cabinetry and white subway tile. This main floor operates as a stylized pet boutique, offering built-in display areas for dog boots, jackets, harnesses, leashes, and freshly made treats. For highly specific production needs, the back utility rooms house a fully practical, ready-to-shoot professional grooming setup, complete with an adjustable hydraulic grooming table with an overhead arm, high-velocity pet dryers, a stacked washer and dryer unit, and a heavy-duty stainless steel Vevor dog-washing tub equipped with a ramp and sprayer nozzle. Upstairs, the lofted half-floor overlooks the retail space and functions as a professional pet photography studio—complete with backdrop staging—alongside a pristine modern bathroom featuring a glass walk-in shower, making it an incredibly multi-purpose location for lifestyle, retail, and pet-focused commercial shoots. Please note our space has street level accessibility but we have stairs only accessibility for the second floor.
