About the Space

** We can only rent out the space Fridays through Mondays. Prices non negotiable** A spacious, contemporary office bathed in natural light. Massive floor to ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the city skyline and Lake Ontario. The design is sleek and minimalistic, with clean lines and neutral tones. The office layout is open, with collaborative spaces scattered throughout. Workstations are arranged in clusters (can not be moved), each with modern ergonomic furniture. The real showstopper is our Momentum boardroom with wood herringbone floors, lounge seating, built in cabinetry with marble counters and seating for 30+ in multiple configurations. The room is adorned with greenery—plants placed strategically to bring a touch of nature indoors. We have 4 small boardrooms with seating for 4-8 people, three small phone booths with desks, 2 banquette style tables with benches, individual desks for 40 people and a kitchen/cafe with view of Lake Ontario. This office blends functionality and style, offering a perfect balance between a professional environment and a sense of connection to the outside world. The city views provide constant inspiration, making the space feel vibrant and alive, even from the inside. ** Since this is a real office with sensitive client work around, one of our employee's is required to chaperone all bookings at an additional cost of $30 per hour to be paid to them directly**
