Spacious and modern office space available on the second story. The entire space is 1322 square feet and includes a large "bullpen" type office, a large private office currently set up with three workstations and a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and seating for four. Rental includes use of the desks, chairs, monitors, white board and shelving units shown in the pictures and you can configure the space exactly as you need it - add your set dressing and this can look like a newsroom, a law firm, a tech company or any other kind of corporate office your shoot requires! We are also open to a monthly rental of the entire space or a portion of it if you are seeking space for your production office, a quiet place to edit or just secure storage. Message for more information! Great location with Starbucks across the street and a wide variety of restaurants. Wifi is included! Electricity is included for LED lighting, computers and battery charging. A maximum of 5 strobe lights for photography are permitted. Maximum of 3 hot lights up to 2K each permitted for video production. Otherwise a generator is necessary - this is an older building and tripping the circuit breaker affects other offices. Please ask BEFORE booking if you have questions. This is an occupied office building so you will find it is quietest on the weekends, but it is not unusually noisy during the week. ALSO AVAILABLE: We have two high end production trailers that include bathrooms. They can be used as offices on location, Covid testing space, or whatever you may need.
