Enjoy the island with private stairs down to your 440-feet of private beach in this beautifully modern home. There is a workout room in the master loft with views of the Ocean and a tennis court just a minute walk from the property. There are bicycles for your enjoyment, two wine fridges, high end TV's and fast WiFi throughout the home for working or streaming movies. Bed & Bathroom configuration: Master ensuite bedroom with king bed Guest ensuite bedroom with queen bed Guest ensuite bedroom with queen bed Guest bedroom with queen bed Guest bedroom with two full beds Bedroom 4 & 5 have a Jack & Jill bathroom that they share. The property is 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths total. *Rates are subject to change. A 50% deposit is required to book and hold your dates. In the event that you need to cancel, you will still be responsible for all rents due. If we can re-rent the home at the same or higher rate, all rents will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee. If re-rented at a lesser rate, the difference shall be retained from your payment and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
