Bella Vista was recently remodeled and expanded, with large windows framing the coastline north of San Francisco. The living area is open and expansive. The master bedroom, at 500 square feet (19x26), has plenty of room for camera equipment, lighting, etc. A majority of the home is wheelchair accessible, which also means it is easy to roll in production equipment. One small room, the View Room, is up a short half-flight of stairs. The View Room provides uninterrupted views of waves crashing on the rocks below. There are a number of outside spaces available. There is a partially enclosed courtyard (surrounded by the residence on three sides) with partial ocean views. There is also an open front deck with unobstructed ocean views. The View Room also offers an open deck with dramatic ocean views. The driveway can accommodate up to 6 vehicles. Street parking is available for additional or oversize vehicles.
