There are 3 levels.
The first level contains the awesome front patio with fire feature and comfortable seating which leads through the huge pocket glass doors that easily slide open. It feeds right into the living room which has a large mounted TV, a very comfy L shaped couch, an electric fire feature under the TV. At this point the front door is on the left side. It’s huge, blue and has a Dutch door option. To the right is the stairway and elevator (included only with deposit).
Did I mention the electric automatic shades that cover the huge glass doors?
Next is the large dining table that seats 8 easily but can also shrink down to a more intimate size by removing the leaves.
The kitchen is a chef's dream. It has a sub zero fridge, 2 sinks, a wine fridge etc…. The pictures say it all. For convenience the first level has a restroom just before the entrance to the garage (garage not included).
The 2nd level has 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite full baths , laundry facilities, and balconies off both bedrooms.
The top level has a master suite with a giant balcony and a master bath that is spectacular. It even has warmed flooring!
