Welcome to our pristine and newly renovated 1200-square-foot studio nestled in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles' vibrant Arts District. Designed with photo and video productions in mind, this space is ideal for crews of up to 20 people. Bathed in natural light from its west-facing window, our studio offers an abundance of luminance for your creative endeavors and a breathtaking view of the DTLA skyline. Inside, you'll find minimal furnishings, perfect for crafting your own flavor in the space. Plus, you'll have the added bonus of a small balcony to capture outdoor shots and enjoy some fresh air during your sessions. For the convenience of your hair and makeup artists, there's a dedicated prep area, and shared restrooms are just a short stroll down the hallway. Our studio is a minimalist's dream, providing a blank canvas for your shoots. It boasts an elegant all-white space, including an array of backdrops at your disposal for a small additional fee. Moreover, we offer light stands, c-stands, and backdrop stands to meet your equipment needs. All equipment can easily be added on during your booking process. Discover the perfect setting for your next project in the heart of LA's Arts District. Here's more of what our studio has to offer: - The area is safe, located close to the Arts District. - Paid gated parking available with 24/7 security. - Access your studio space easily with our 15ft freight elevator, operated by a dedicated attendant. Elevator Operation Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am-6:00 pm Saturday 10:00 am - 1:00 pm Sunday - No Service. Access by stairs only. - Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning units available at the studio. Our studio is versatile and suitable for a variety of creative projects including but not limited to: - Photoshoots & Video shoots - Filming - YouTube Video Shooting - E-commerce Product Shots - Podcasts (not a soundproof space but also not a loud building) Our team includes talented photographers, stylists, and makeup artists, ready to collaborate with you. The space is very lovely and there's a lot of natural light. Things heat up once the fans and AC are shut off for sound, but that's summer for you. There are wall plugs galore and plenty of space to do whatever you need to do (unless you're, I don't know, pole vaulting?) - we used just about every inch of the location and found plenty of interesting ways to change up its look. You really can do a lot with this space. The location can be a little noisy, but that's to be expected. If you have a solid sound person you'll be fine. Our only issue was a saxophonist somewhere in the building, but out of everything that could have possibly gone wrong with audio, a stray woodwind player is fairly low on the scale. A note about parking - it's the wild west in the morning, but things calm down around 11 or 12. The parking guys are nice, but the situation is hectic. As long as you're mentally prepared for the overwhelming experience of this lot you'll be fine.

An absolute stunning creative space that’s simple but chic. Plenty of natural lighting WITH a fire escape balcony that you can also utilize. Everything you’ll need is here. I can’t wait to come back!
