Open concept studio space with a 900 sq ft shooting area and 300 ft desk area. Lots of natural light. Plenty of room for clients in the desk area. Boardroom and kitchen available as well as massive windows for maximum light. The windows have blackout shades that can be closed if more control is needed. - 1150 Square Feet main room - 15’ Ceiling Height - Kitchen + Fridge/Freezer - South-east Facing Windows - Underground parking garage and street parking - Restroom Overtime/Early Rate: $150/hr Additional statutory holiday rates will apply.
