Designed with a deep connection to nature, the 3,800 sq. ft. home’s layout centers around a lush internal courtyard, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The architecture follows a sophisticated "Five Elements" (Wu Xing) concept: integrating Metal, Wood, and Earth into the structural materials, accented by curated Water and Fire features to create a balanced, harmonious energy throughout the site. The two-story structure utilizes the gentle slope to offer a private Guest Suite above the garage, featuring a panoramic viewing terrace. The main residence is designed for a modern creative lifestyle, housing three bedrooms, a dedicated art studio, a study, and a TV room. Every detail is custom-made, with precision-placed skylights and clerestory windows that bathe the interior in a rhythmic play of light.
