Includes retro-styled refrigerator, 20 foot postmodern sectional couch, mod floral orange chairs, Kent Coffey China cabinet, Broyhill table, Marcel Breuer "cesca" bar height stools, rattan accents throughout, RCA Victor stereo, hi-fi stereo, white shag area rug, vintage atomic-vibe coffee table, Stanley credenza, vintage bar cart, and dozens of vintage ashtrays, barware, dishes, planters- Anchor Hocking, Royal Haeger, Viking glass and more. The centerpiece of the rumpus room is the original Verner Panton textile wall hanging. The hippest space you've ever seen! Ground floor includes bathroom and home office (replete with MCM furniture). Ascend the classic, mid century modern staircase to the main living space- large living room all in white, chrome and glass + walnut wood accents. Perfect scene for a mid century cocktail party. China hutch is full of vintage Russell Wright dinnerware. The dining room opens to the MCM kitchen with flat panel cabinets. Main level also includes 4 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom, laundry room with slop sink and access to back yard. Two bedrooms are decorated as 70s bohemian teen girl rooms. Both are full of authentic mid century walnut furniture and decor. Master has king size bed and complete mid century modern furniture set. Throughout the house, all original flat panel interior doors (stained wood) and window frames. Incredible attention to detail and many, authentic, period appropriate decor/ props available including extensive collection of ashtrays and glassware. Crew can have access to the entire house and furniture /decor / appliances can be moved or rearranged with owner's prior approval. Super cool, vintage space has been lovingly updated and restored and decorated to maintain its integrity. Many period appropriate houseplants throughout such as snake plants and monstera.
