This home has everything from nature views and hiking trails to latest high tech home amenities such as a wine dispenser, industrial kitchen, spa, sauna, gym and movie theater. In the main floor is a large entry space with an electric baby grand piano. Going left is a bathroom as well as a mud room leading you to a heated 3 car garage. This main floor has a large industrial chef’s kitchen with high end Hestan appliances. The open floor plan connects the kitchen to the dining area as well as the main living room, which is covered with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the nature preserve and hiking trails. Our covered balcony has a BBQ grill, outdoor refrigerators and a fire pit. Up the artful floating staircase, you'll find 3 beautiful bedroom suites, including the spacious primary bedroom. There's a fireplace and a sitting room. In the bathroom, we have switchable glass in front of the tub. Even the laundry room is a showstopper. Down in the lower level are places to both work and play. We have a fantastic music room, steam shower, and a sauna. Instead of putting the fitness room in a dark corner, we put it in one of the most prominent spots with the highest ceiling in the whole house. Just outside the gym is a covered terrace with a swimming bed and hot jacuzzi. The home theater with a wet bar is a lot of fun. There’s also a large home office with a green screen.
