This is a modern and luxury content creative space that has multi purposes such as: *Photo shooting *Videography /filming /blogging/YouTube *Podcasting/interviews *Meetings/conferences *Event space (separate charge, see add-ons) * FREE test Photo shoots uptil 45mins with uptil 3 edited photos after 3rd booking!! For more photos it's an additional $10 per edited photo. Photos can be used for portfolios or any personal use. ROOMS: -This space contains 2 rooms for shooting: A livingroom setting, and a single backdrop room setting, as well as a bathroom. LIGHTING: -Plenty of natural lighting (which can be blocked out completely) basic ceiling led lighting , 2 video/photography 16 multi color LED lighting as well as 2 soft box lighting are available. However, creators can bring their own equipments. FEATURES: -There are 3 free cloth backdrops available in white, gray, and pinkish gray. - Paper back drops are available in several colors for a fee of $10 each ( see add on) . Please add - on when booking. - Wet bar has a mini drink cooler fridge. -Several outlets/ USB ports -Sound bar/ speakers and microphone. -Multi color fireplace -A/C and heating system -Piano -Full body mirror -4K flat-screen TV with HDMI/auxiliary port - Clothing rack -On- site host This studio is the perfect place to create stunning fashion images, modern-day luxury home scenery background, and experience intimate fun with friends and family that will last forever!
