Brand new modern luxury home designed to maximize the natural beauty & surrounding calm. Perched on a hill surrounded by 100 year old oak trees, this spectacular home was built facing beautiful rolling hills and vineyards with ultimate guest comfort in mind. Enjoy your AM coffee watching a family of quails roaming the vineyard and end your evening with a glass of wine on the deck watching the sun set behind the golden vineyard hills. The space This spectacular single level home offers the best for entertaining and relaxation. The open floor plan flows naturally from the spacious kitchen at the center, to adjacent living and dining areas which open up to a large outdoor deck. The kitchen was designed using premium Gaggenau appliances for the ultimate cooking and entertaining experience. You’ll enjoy a stocked pantry with all basic cooking equipment and pantry essentials. Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee from both espresso and coffee machines. The living area opens up to a large outdoor deck with full-size pool and hot tub, as well as plenty of outdoor seating and dining space to enjoy. The pool has a retractable cover for safety when not in use or when children are present. There is also a bathroom only accessible from the outdoor deck for your convenience during a pool day or outdoor dinner. The 4 sleeping rooms are located equally on two wings of the house, with each of the 4 rooms having their own private ensuite bathrooms to maximize privacy. Note that the Office room has a queen-size bed and desk that is not pictured. All bathrooms are supplied with organic and sustainable shampoo, conditioner and body soap from Public Goods. Each of the rooms opens up to the outdoor deck for easy access to the pool and more importantly, hillside vineyard views. We welcome children and have a spacious Joovy Room2 pack-n-play, high chair, booster seat and more if needed. Quails Crossing is the perfect place for family and friends to gather in a relaxing atmosphere of comfort, luxury and serenity. The home is located down the street from a number of of the area’s award winning wineries such as J Vineyards, Rodney Strong, and Aperture Cellars and just a short drive (3.5 miles or 6 min) from the Healdsburg Plaza . Your stay won’t just be a vacation, it will be an unforgettable experience. **We don't allow large parties or gatherings on this property. Please make sure to include the total number of guests staying at the property when reserving. Guest access Guests have access to all unlocked areas of the house and property. There is a locked area just off the living room that is for owner/property manager use only. Other things to note Pool temperature is normally kept at 70-75 degrees May-October and 50-65 November-April (however dependent on weather so cannot be guaranteed). If a warmer temperature is desired, pool heat (via propane gas) is available for $100/day (May-Oct) and $200/day (Nov-Apr). We wish we had more control over this. It really costs this much (and in fact much more) in propane to heat. However we do want to offer it as an option whenever someone rents. Pool heat has a 2-day minimum as most of the usage occurs in the first day to bring pool up to temperature. We set the temperature to 85 for May-Oct and 80 for Nov-Apr (again dependent on weather so can not guarantee). No charge of course to heat the hot tub. Additionally, there are security cameras that observe the back deck area for liability reasons, along with a ring door
