Bedrooms are not automatically included and must be requested and approved in advance if your production requires additional shooting environments. EVENTS & MEETINGS Our space welcomes select intimate events and professional gatherings, including: Baby showers • Bridal showers • Private dinners • Engagement celebrations • Networking events • Corporate meetings • Workshops • Brand events • Small celebrations No parties or open-invite events. Outdoor Event Setup Need additional seating or covered space? We can provide tables, chairs, and event tents for an additional fee. These items are for outdoor use and must be requested in advance. Availability, quantity, setup requirements, and pricing will be confirmed based on your event needs. LOCATION & ACCESS Conveniently located in Houston with easy access to NRG Stadium, the Texas Medical Center, and Downtown Houston. The gated property provides convenient access for guests and production teams bringing cameras, lighting, and other equipment. STANDARD ACCESS Standard bookings include: * Living room * Kitchen & island * Lounge/dining area * Entryway & staircase * Restroom * Approved exterior/outdoor areas Additional areas may be available upon request and approval. BEFORE BOOKING Please include the following with your inquiry: * Type of production, meeting, or event * Total number of attendees/crew members * Areas of the property you plan to use * Equipment or setup requirements * Requested hours * Any tables, chairs, or tents needed for outdoor use Furniture movement, large production equipment, specialty setups, decorations, or modifications to the property must be approved in advance.
