This home is tucked off in a commercial business area that feels very safe for visitors and homeowners. The space is easily accessible to all areas. There are multi-areas w/ natural lighting and also large floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s great for photo shoots, business meetings, cooking content, video content, and small parties such as baby shower gatherings, birthday gatherings, etc. There are about 6-8 different areas to create different scenes. It has a really large dining room table great for meetings with 6 chairs but more chairs are available as needed. There’s also a really beautiful long kitchen countertop that has 6 chairs at it great for gatherings, brunches, and cooking content. This home offers a very cozy white clean modern set up for professional use or content. This is the door that leads to the venue. •There is a lower level area that has a room for dressing. •The top level of the home and the basement are off-limits for shooting. •The furniture cannot be moved from the building but you can move it around as long as it is put back in its original place. •Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed. •There is plenty of guest parking in the community. No parking on the street.
