The listed price includes access to ONLY FIRST FLOOR spaces from 6:00AM to 6:00PM day shoot, for groups of up to 20 cast/crew or less. For usage of upstairs bedroom areas, larger groups, after hours booking times, or overnight shoots, please message me for a custom rate and accommodation. FIRST FLOOR INCLUDES: Living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, stairway, front yard, back yard, sides of house and front driveway. Backyard furniture can be used if needed, including gazebo, umbrella, outdoor furniture, basketball hoop and fire pit (upon approval). Other parts of the house, including any of the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom upstairs can be filmed in upon approval (additional fees apply). There is also a separate BONUS guest room with bathroom (400 sq-ft studio) available for rental separately on same property (if dates are available) -- which can be used to stage an entirely different location to avoid a company move. 2 homes in one! This is a 2-story spacious 2500 sq ft house with interior and exterior filming space on over 8000 square feet lot. Interior of house has all tile and hardwood, no carpets. Kitchen and bathrooms have new white marble counter tops and backsplashes. Private side gates give access to the sides of the house and front/back yards for entry and staging areas. Front driveway can fit up to 3 cars (and a small grip truck) with plenty of non-restricted street parking as well. The bedrooms have completely different designs and can be used to stage various different locations. Only minutes to parks, hospital, restaurants, shopping centers, two malls, and CSUN.
