This Beautifully designed Modern community space is perfect for meetings and photo and video shoots. With a bright open-plan layout, sleek interiors, and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, this venue is both inviting and versatile. Indoor Features: - Contemporary lounge with plush seating, accent chairs, and a stylish fireplace - Full-size billiards table for entertainment and vibe - Mounted flat-screen TV – great for presentations (guests need to bring their own HDMI cable) - Floor-to-ceiling windows with abundant natural light Whether you're planning a brand shoot, or producing lifestyle content, this space offers functionality with an upscale aesthetic. Perfect For: - Content creation (photo, video, lifestyle shoots) - Small corporate off-sites or brainstorming sessions **Space will not include access to the pool or courtyard.** We require event insurance for all productions and all meetings of over 30 people. Please note that all set up and breakdown time should be included in your reservation time. Furniture should not be relocated. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be completely removed.
