Located in the old port, the proximity to the Ste-Hélène island which hold the casino, La ronde, and other touristic attractions, will assure a "vibe" whether it's summer or winter. The bike path runs near by with a beautiful view along the canal. It is a 7 minute walk from the nearest metro station, and Bixi city bikes are located on the corner of the street. indoor and outdoor parkings are nearby. The venue includes a full AV system with a projector, 2 wireless microphones, 5 tvs + a rolling tv on request and a sound system. All the furniture of the venue is included with access to 130 foldable chairs, 12 foldable tables and a pool table. All the lighting is dimmable and controlled through an IPAD with possibility to control with a controller through DMX ports as well if other lighting is added. 8 extra DMX ports and outputs are installed with suspension bars on the ceiling for all sorts of lighting configurations. multiple high voltage outputs are available including a camlock system hold up to 100 Amps. We will handle the cleaning of the space and catering if necessary.
