Our space offers modern luxury combined with a cozy feel. Constructed of stucco and brick, the exterior has a more traditional feel while the redesigned modern interior boasts a chef’s kitchen with high end finishings. This house is newly renovated and only common spaces are only partially furnished so a great opportunity to make this space your own through art and furniture. The rooms that are furnished have a cozy feel while maintaining the modern elegance of the home, which also includes a show-stopping curved staircase. The backyard oasis features a large pool with spa and waterfall feature, sprawling deck, and fully finished outdoor space, perfect to curl up with a book or a few cocktails. This space is available for Photoshoots/Filmshoots.
