This recently remodeled home is ready to host your small gathering (shower, birthday party, girls dinner, women's event), or video shoot (lifestyle shoot, cooking, living room interview). Seats a max of 20 people indoors, 30 outside under the outdoor covered patio, plus an additional 20 on the concrete. Regardless of which space(s) are used, the house can only support 45 people total due to bathroom constraints. Backyard lawn available for lawn sports or additional standing room. You may use the kitchen for normal event needs (fridge, freezer, countertop serving). Full food preparation needs (use of full kitchen for cooking) will result in an additional $100 fee.
