About the Space
We are located in the heart of Vancouver. We are the first tenants in our space, and it has been used for storage for the last 100 years. We are also above an old Speak Easy that was running during prohibition. There are plenty of eclectic and local coffee shops, restaurants and small businesses in the area, as well as bike lanes and local neighborhood parks. Our space is 3600sq ft on the ground floor, with 5 stairs and a lift available. We have an accessible washroom as well. Our main space is large and open, and the furniture is mobile. We have 6 tables and chairs to seat 60. We also have access to a sensory space, a small gym, and a kitchen area. There are 3 private offices that are availalbe for an additional fee. We are located in a main area that is accessible by transit. There is public parking in the alley as well as metered street parking. Our occupancy is 60.

We LOVED this space! It's a gorgeous, open space with a ton of natural light which was great for our team photoshoot. Koryn was so helpful beforehand and during the booking process, and was kind enough to let us in earlier for set up and they even let us stay a bit longer when we needed some more time to finish our presentation. During our event they had someone there to support us which was so helpful. We had such a lovely time in this space.
