Our space is a gallery & garden space (a creative studio in Los Angeles), suitable for events and shoots of all kinds. This is a true gem in a central area of the city. It's as much indoor as outdoor, with a truly special back garden filled with greenery, fruits and vegetables. The interior is a clean and modern space with concrete floors and white walls, inclusive of the following: - 2 all gender bathrooms (one is ADA compliant) - A fully functioning kitchen equipt with stovetop, dishwasher, sink, fridge and ample counter space - Main room that is roughly 1,700 sq ft - An ADA compliant ramp to the outdoor area, plus two additional doors to the back - Interior and exterior lighting - Ground level space; no stairs or elevators - Ample electrical outlets throughout - Wifi - Sonos system inside and out - 2,500 sq ft interior - 3,700 sq ft exterior There is no load in / out access outside of the two main front doors, which are wider than standard doors and suitable most load in needs, but won't suit large or extremely bulky items.
