PLEASE NOTE: Pricing is flexible and base price of $95/hour is for use of one area/space only (ie. backyard only, kitchen/dining area only, bedroom only, etc). Use of multiple areas can be added for additional fee. We are not currently accepting bookings for events. We are open for production shoots only. This incredible property sits on a nearly 11,000 square foot lot in the heart of LA's trendy Eagle Rock neighborhood. In the 1980s this historic property was the location of the legendary 32-foot Eagle Rock Vert Ramp which was the site of early skateboard pro contests, ramp jams, history-making and was featured in Vision's first skate movie, SkateVision. Today, the yard has been reimagined as a rustic farm-like retreat complete with multiple mature fruit trees (lemon, orange, nectarine & pomegranate) and lovely trellising vines of grapes and passionfruit, accented with blackberry bushes, a fig tree and more. Seasonally planted produce grows in ivory galvanized steel planter beds. West-facing yard captures incredible sunsets, beautifully accented with a fire in the outdoor fire pit. Large dining table under a string-light lit trellis set the scene for outdoor living at its finest. Eco-friendly amenities abound including two EV chargers, solar panels, compost bins and rain barrels. Playful touches include a swing set, dome climber, seesaw, vintage carnival milk bottle toss game, basketball hoop and tree swings. (Most items can be moved if not desired as part of rental.) Inside the home, you will find abundant natural light streaming in from skylights in nearly every room. Tastefully decorated in a “modern-farmhouse” style, you’ll find custom-built furnishings, a working brick fireplace and window bench seating. The master bathroom features encaustic and subway tile, a large soaking tub and steam shower. There is also a 210 sq ft studio which may be used as a changing room, staging room, etc. It has a pull-out couch and half-bathroom, and is decorated with vintage skateboard memorabilia. Convenience Our street is an offshoot of Eagle Rock’s famed Hill Drive where some of the most large, elegant and historic homes in the area are located. We are just a few lots down from Eagle Rock’s largest estate, Chateau Emanuel. The property is easily accessed from the 2, 134, 210 and 110 freeways. We’re located on a straight and wide street with minimal grade. The site is excellent for photo and video shoots and can easily accommodate a large group for an event or party. Yard access is easy – there is a large gate at the end of the driveway that can be fully opened to accommodate large equipment. The driveway itself can accommodate 2-3 vehicles. There are only 3 steps to access the house.

We had a wonderful three day shoot at Lisa's house. The house is absolutely beautiful and very accommodating for a film production. We were able to get six different looking scenes all in the one house. There is also a lot of space for each department to set up. Communication with Lisa was very easy and quick. She makes sure that you have everything you need for a successful film shoot. I would definitely recommend and I look forward to returning in the future!

The communication before & during our project was excellent and we were able to create a top-class piece of work for our client. We had a wonderful experience on all fronts and would love to film here again as soon as possible! ps, the backyard is even bigger than it looks in the photos!

Working with Lisa was an absolute pleasure! She was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and communicative. The house was in tip top shape and the backyard is gorgeous! It met and exceeded all of our shooting needs. Would definitely recommend shooting here and will definitely shoot here again.

Our experience was amazing! All of our guests were comfortable and they all appreciated the space. The backyard was very spacious. I loved that she has a designated bathroom for us to use. Lisa was an amazing host from start to finish. She was very accommodating and understanding. We would definitely rent this space again in the future.
