Modern Farmhouse Ranch meets California coastal living escape. Located on 20 acres of land in the gorgeous central coast wine country of Santa Rita Hills, this property is stunning. This location would be great for anything modern farmhouse, western, ranch life, wine tasting, rural yet classy... the Oak Trees and Olive tress are plentiful. You will often see wildlife - deer, hawks, owls and other friendly creatures. It would make a great wedding venue. There are views for miles. Although the location feels very remote, you are only a 15 minute away from Buellton and Lompoc so it is easy to access. Renting the pool will give you access with all the facilities outside the house.
