This location would be great for anything modern farmhouse, western, ranch life, wine tasting, rural yet classy... the Oak Trees and Olive tress are plentiful. You will often see wildlife - deer, hawks, owls and other friendly creatures. It would make a great wedding venue. There are views for miles. Although the location feels very remote, you are only a 15 minute away from Buellton and Lompoc so it is easy to access.
