About the Space

Our venue is a modern space with neutral colors. It can service up 70 guests or up to 80 guests when seated at tables. We provide the following items with a rental fee: Up to 80 White Folding chairs, 10-60" Round or 10-8' Rectangle Tables and/or 5- Bistro Tables. Two smart televisions Bluetooth sound system Complimentary WI-FI Microwave Kitchenette with 10' Quartz bar Unisex restroom Can lights and Side lights (dimmable) Hardwood flooring Table and chair setup (per your instructions) ***Please note that the rate/pricing is just a base starting rate and is subject to change depending on booking details/several factors such as time of day, day of the week, season of the year, etc. Always contact the host via Giggster for accurate pricing info or custom rates.
