No food services are provided onsite. Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Furniture should not be relocated. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be completely removed. If space is not restored to the original condition, an additional cleaning fee and/or any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Giggster. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. Beer, wine, seltzers, and champagne are permitted. Hard liquor (including cocktails and mixed drinks) is not permitted, no exceptions. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. No banners, marketing messages or signage may be posted. Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theeventhelper.com. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to approve your event. Security cameras in event space and some common spaces.
