The interior of the house is open concept with the kitchen, dining room, and living room areas all open, airy, bright, and connected. The kitchen features custom designed oak wood cabinets with quartz counter tops, and a spacious peninsula which can be used for work and entertainment. Clean and bright overhead lights can be swapped out for the smart bluetooth LED bulbs which can change to any color you like. Just ask the smart home assistant Alexa to turn the kitchen lights to another color!
The simple and stylish living room features two couches (which can also convert to beds), a Persian rug, coffee table, massive Smart TV with Roku, and mood lighting from the unique designer floor lamps.
The 3 bedrooms are cozy and classy, all featuring comfortable queen beds, privacy drapes, work desks, bluetooth speakers, wireless phone chargers, closets, and more. One of the bedrooms has an additional 3-in-1 convertible sofa chair which can be used to sleep an additional vacationer. Two of the bedrooms have patio doors which lead directly into the stunning backyard oasis. In addition to the organic fruit trees, the backyard features river rocks, hammocks, functional outdoor furniture, and a fire pit, making the entire yard perfect for outdoor meals, hangouts with friends, or solo zen sessions. Looking up to the sky while lounging on a cot under the sun in the yard is actually where the name of the property was born!
Newly built designer bathrooms are ultra modern, clean, and fresh, and feature shower and tub with concrete, large tiles, oak vanities, towel warming racks, and great lighting.
Our space is a smart home equipped with Amazon Echo speakers in every room, LED voice controlled bluetooth light bulbs, a smart thermostat (which controls the new central AC/heating unit), and state-of-the art WiFi boasting speeds of 500 Mbps+.
One of the best parts of the property is its location which is so central to many of the main attractions in and around LA! For families, there’s a great park only 2 blocks away!
