6. Misleading booking information is subject to cancelation at renters expense.

7. Call Sheets are required to be provided prior to call time.

9. No cooking. Only Catering.

10. Production must provide protection for floors ( ie. mats, krafts paper etc.) to protect from heavy equipment.

11. If you show up with more people that was agreed upon for your reservation, we reserve the right to cancel.

12. There is a $70 flat fee for each additional person over the max amount for this listing.

13. This listing is for access to areas shown in the photos. It is NOT for access to the entire house.
