We created a unique boutique-style venue with a reflection of cozy and sophisticated to give a feel of a home. With its calming subdued color pallet that is intimate and minimal structured to be event-ready "as-is" while also providing a beautiful blank canvas, customizable to build a dream event! The space is located in a residential area- -with free street parking. The building is privately owned, making it easier to manage and coordinate—Ground floor and street access for easy delivery. An enclosed patio of 800 square feet, concrete floors, a sink, and a Frigidaire.
