Large yard sectioned in 3 parts, each part to be rented separate
1) Courtyard
Fenced modern styled with large concrete pavers and grass insert featuring a build in concrete planter/bench and wood stairs. Color out for this space is gray concrete floors with contrasting wood horizontal planks wood fence stained in dark brown. Foliage is of fully grown christmas palms.
2) Side Yard
This space is a large open grass area with a perimeter metal fence in horizontal planks dark brown; with a double door entry access. Foliage is minimal inside the yard with surrounding mid size coconut tree and gumbo limbo trees as well as mature poda carpus bushes that surround the yard. Inside the yard two mid size olive trees. Opposite the trees a concrete open patio with seating area. The backdrop to this location is the snake creek canal river slightly visible from inside yard.
3) Back Yard
This area consists of an open large grass area anchored by a mature large 60’ tree with a medium size patio with pavers. On each side of the patio there are hammocks stands. This area is also fully fenced with metal horizontal slats in dark brown with the snake creek canal as backdrop. There is also a small decorative garden with plant material consisting of bromeliads, a small palm tree and a midsize ligustrum tree.
Notes: front courtyard and back yard are set with flood light for night enhancement of the gardens.
