Modern cottage in the city. The interior was recently renovated to give the home a more contemporary look and feel. The main floor is open with each room flowing into the next and features a powder room. The kitchen is bright with a large island in the middle and features stainless steel appliances and a sitting/eating nook that has a large window and a series of small, stained glass windows. It seamlessly flows into both the living and dining room. The dining room has a coffered ceiling, a series of stained glass windows, and a natural brick fireplace. Two couches frame the fireplace and flow into the other side of the room where there is a large dining table. The living room has ample sitting space, a large built-in bookcase with a TV, a beautiful, sweeping view down and across the Don Valley, and two French doors that open onto a deck that flows into the yard. The basement features an open area/kids room with a TV, couches, and space to work out/play. There is also a sauna, a full bathroom, a laundry room, and a home office in the back of the basement. Upstairs has three bedrooms with two taking up one side of the house, a bathroom at the end of the hall, then the main bedroom features an ensuite and walk-in closet. The outdoor area is large, beautiful space with a parking pad/basketball court, hot tub, and planters. The other half of the yard features a big yard surrounding an oak tree and a garden.
