Every inquiry will be reviewed individually with the Renter to determine feasibility and additional fees. -Depending on the type of event/production and amount of people, a $400 site Representative/security fee might be added to your custom offer. -Cleaning fees might vary as well, going anywhere from $150 up to $400. -A late-night fee will be applied to any event/production that goes beyond 9:00 pm. -Misleading booking information provided by the Renter like event type, scope, number of guests/crew/talent beyond a manageable discrepancy, unlawful activities done within the premises of the property, failure to comply with the host guidelines after several warnings, and disorderly conduct, may result in the immediate termination of the event at the Renter’s expense.
