Bright, Airy, Architectural Modern Home with ROOFTOP Overlooking Century City. The minute you open the door, your eye is drawn to the open, bright, and modern backyard with pool. High ceilings and ceiling to door accordion doors leading to back yard. Back yard has fire pit, jacuzzi, pool and a guest house that can be used for wardrobe, make-up, artist lounge. Guest house has private entrance through long alley and can be used for loading and unloading equipment. Rooftop is perfect for photoshoots. Beautiful view of Century City. You can also see downtown L.A. on a clear day. This house is perfect for video shoots, cooking shows, and photoshoots. Ample street parking, wide street and there's always parking. Easy access for gear through private entrance (alley). Separate quarters (guest room above garage) for make-up, editing, audio, lounge and storage with private bathroom inside. Set in a quiet neighborhood and close proximity to Santa Monica, Culver City, West Hollywood, Downtown L.A. and a perfect backdrop for all your filming needs.
