Guest house has private entrance through long alley and can be used for loading and unloading equipment. Rooftop is perfect for photoshoots. Beautiful view of Century City. You can also see downtown L.A. on a clear day. This house is perfect for video shoots, cooking shows, and photoshoots. Ample street parking, wide street and there's always parking. Easy access for gear through private entrance (alley). Separate quarters (guest room above garage) for make-up, editing, audio, lounge and storage with private bathroom inside. Set in a quiet neighborhood and close proximity to Santa Monica, Culver City, West Hollywood, Downtown L.A. and a perfect backdrop for all your filming needs.
