About the Space
Sleek contemporary modern house with a flare of elegance and dash of luxury. The interior features a open chef's kitchen with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors allowing full bright light against clean sharp white walls with minimal textures. The exterior features a private edgeless pool with hot-tub extending into the dining area with glass pocket doors allowing a completely open floor plan from inside to out. The entire property is surrounded by 20ft tall hedges for ultimate privacy and noise reduction. The second level contains the bedrooms, each with a unique style and layout from the dark, masculine office space to the cozy master suite with its own fireplace, custom oversized canopy bed styled by Hermès Home and incredible bathroom with oversized walk-in shower and tub. This private oasis in the heart of Hollywood is the quintessential production location adjacent to major studios, just blocks away from Quixote and equipment rental companies. Available for photo-shoots, filming, commercials, high-end productions and meetings.
