About the Space

An overview of our hotel "vibe": A total renovation of a pre-existing building - the building is of Brutalism Architecture design. Exterior aesthetics of the building include all raw concrete exposure, monochromatic palette & geometric lines - the architectural name "brutalism" actually derives from the French word "beton brut" meaning "raw concrete. This method of design and construction was formed to showcase the building strong raw materials in a simple and powerful way - simplicity, functionality & rawness Interior aesthetics include a softer & genuine juxtaposition of the exterior - carefully crafted with harmonizing earth tones, live greenery from lobby to rooftop, natural light from oversized guest room windows, floor to ceiling glass rooftop windows with an open-air rooftop terrace facing the southern skies - entire cues from mother nature with a connection to natural elements 82 oversize guest rooms and suites (450 sf is our "small" guest room) - guest rooms offer all the amenities your traveler will need that include luxury bath products, plush linens in a wellness minded atmosphere/focus. Our rooftop space will reveal a 360 degree view of our stunning skyline, the Arkansas river and lush natural landscape from gathering place & nearby historic neighborhoods. Serving small plates & an extensive cocktail menu - this will be THE spot for locals and travelers alike to step beyond the normal social scene Rooftop event offerings and creative option for gathering hours, wedding/receptions and away from the norm corporate meeting options STAND OUT MOMENT - our focus is wellness.
