About the Space

This Townhouse is the perfect place for a fantastic photoshoot, TV or film shoot, and for music video shoots. You can also hold business meetings and small gatherings. Outfitted with 3 large screen TV's making it great for screening movies and show viewing parties. We have lots of seating and lots of greenery with indoor plants of every kind. Plush and unique with three floors of creative space, including ample space with a green screen and a number of other backgrounds for photography, interviews and podcasts. Also has 3 full bedrooms with queen size beds and 3 full bathrooms. There is an outdoors area 2 patio tables and seating for up to ten people.

    Noemi is the kindest location owner one could ask for. Her response is fast and efficient. She is also very flexible and not overbearing in terms of location rules. The house itself is beautiful and just enough for our 15 ppl shoot. Strongly recommend!
