Our House, an architectural masterpiece designed by renowned architect Thomas Phifer, and the landscape designer Dan Kiley. This unique modern home sits perfectly atop a hill exposing views of the Catskills over the Hudson Valley. Fall foliage is a spectacular display of color with the mountains in the distance turning pink and orange. The home sits on 400 acres of manicured lawn, wooded forest and farmland and as you approach the house, it emerges from the landscape as what seems to be a Modernist glass villa hovering serenely in the landscape. It's just a 15 minute drive to the thriving artistic town of Hudson. - six en suite bedrooms - one dormitory style bedroom - large glass living pavilion with wet-bar and fireplace (upper level: 30X60 ft glass walled with 15ft ceilings) - kitchen (with east facing breakfast space) - office space - yoga/movement room - cinema room - indoor salt-filtered pool - sauna - outdoor pool (open June-October) - sprawling lawns
