About the Space

Our home is located on a quiet residential street in a small city called Atascadero in Central CA. The neighborhood has a country feel and is one of the most popular and well known streets in town. You will often see deer and other wildlife wandering the front and back yards. The 4 bed / 3 bath home was recently renovated with a more contemporary / modern feel. The interior walls, doors, and kitchen cabinets were all painted in Chantilly Lace by Benjamin Moore. The dining table can seat 8 and there are 2 barstools nearby for the kitchen counter. The kitchen has new granite countertops, white cabinets, espresso floating shelves, and new stainless steel cook top and oven. The home has 4 bedrooms. 3 downstairs and 1 upstairs. Here are the details. Downstairs: - Bedroom 1: Kids Room (Bunk Bed twin on top and full on bottom). Includes some books and toys for ages 0-5. - Bedroom 2: Full size bed with built in desk/office and en suite bathroom. The bathroom includes a vanity / makeup area with an oversized round mirror. - Bedroom 3: Queen size bed Upstairs: - Bedroom 4: King Bed with a den that has two twins. This den can be used as a nursery or office. Large walk in closet, double sink vanity, free standing tub, and glass shower. The backyard has a long rectangular pool and a square inground spa. There's a dining area that can fit up to 12 adults and 4 kids. The side area has lounge chairs and outdoor games.
