The home is fully equipped with a full kitchen, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. It sleeps 6, one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and two twins beds. Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated with a modern flair and style. Easy access to the 101 and 118 freeways making it convenient to get anywhere in Los Angeles. Driving distance to numerous great restaurants, malls, parks, and beaches. It is a very quiet, family-orientated neighborhood with nearby hospitals, temples, churches, grocery stores, and outdoor recreation areas. Family-friendly neighborhood with a local park less than five-minute walk. Guests can park 3 vehicles in the driveway and have access to plenty of street parking. There is no garage parking. $475 cleaning fee. Garden and pool service are included. Garden and pool weekly services are every Monday.
