This stylish, contemporary home is 2100 sq. ft and offers the perfect indoor and outdoor spaces to host your creative meeting, team bonding, or client meeting. Newly built and furnished with clean, modern decor, the house is designed with hardwood floors, high ceilings & an open kitchen + living room, ideal for laying out a catered meal. The outdoor breakout space includes a table that seats six, a gas fire pit surrounded by a conversational sectional, and a lush yard with mature landscaping. There is also a home office available as a client bay area, please inquire for approval to use. Located conveniently between by Venice Blvd and Washington blvd in Mar Vista (adjacent to Venice & Marina Del Rey). ACCESS There is space for 3 cars in the garage and driveway and we also have two guest permits for street parking right outside the house. More parking can be acquired with special permits if you ask ahead.
