This stylish, contemporary 2,189 sq. ft. home offers ideal indoor and outdoor spaces for your next shoot. Thoughtfully designed and furnished with clean, modern décor, the house features hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and an open kitchen, dining, and living area—perfect for staging or setting up catered meals. The high ceilings and abundant natural light make it especially camera-friendly. The outdoor area includes a dining table for six, a gas fire pit with a surrounding sectional, and a lush yard with mature landscaping. An outdoor office can double as a lounge or breakout area, and a dedicated home office is also available for use as a client bay. Conveniently located between Venice Blvd and Washington Blvd in Mar Vista—adjacent to Venice and Marina Del Rey. Access: There’s space for two vehicles driveway, plus we can get up to five guest street permits. Additional all day parking can be found on the streets nearby with just a few minutes walk.

Great home for filming and the host was very helpful. Will definitely rent again.

Home was beautiful and hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Great natural light and easy load in through the garage. One small hiccup is parking around the area - your team might need to walk a little from where they park but always good to get your steps in!
