About the Space

The historic building is a pillar of Wine History. The building was the site of many firsts for Woodinville wine country. This venue space is a great venue for wine parties and functions. This venue offers three distinct spaces: The Ballroom & Grand Lawn - This features a ballroom with French doors, vaulted ceiling, mounted projector screen, dimmable lighting and an attached outdoor courtyard. Vintners Hall This features a large statement bar, French doors, natural light and an attached wrap around porch with open air pavilion Barrel Room - This 6,500 sqft space is very winery chic with its 360 walls of barrels and draped ceiling covered in twinkle lights. We provide a comprehensive range of equipment to ensure your event runs smoothly. This includes everything from tables and chairs to catering equipment. A sound system is included, and is set up to accommodate background music through an ipad/iphone/standard audio jack. The Ballroom does have a built in motorized projector screen. We partner with wonderful A/V and lighting vendors to assist with any other needs you might have! You are also welcome to provide your own projector and screen if you wish. We have fully zoned heat and A/C throughout the building.
