Modern Airport Hangar with Tarmac & Industrial Interior

About the Space

Large-scale modern industrial space offering a distinctive aviation setting for film, photography, commercials, music videos, automotive shoots, branded content, and other production projects. The main hangar provides approximately 5,000 square feet of open interior space with impressive 25-foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, large windows, and a clean industrial aesthetic. The open layout allows productions to create multiple setups while providing plenty of room for equipment, crew, lighting, staging, and larger-scale scenes. The property is located directly within an active airport environment and also offers access to approximately 40,000 square feet of tarmac, providing an expansive exterior area for aviation, automotive, lifestyle, and large production setups. The combination of the indoor hangar and exterior tarmac creates a variety of visual possibilities within one location. The space includes a modern lounge area with contemporary seating, additional open areas, restrooms, a dressing room, and convenient street-level access. The industrial architecture, high ceilings, concrete surfaces, and airport surroundings provide a strong cinematic backdrop that can work for both polished commercial productions and more rugged industrial concepts. Helicopter access is also available for aerial photography needs or helicopter-related production setups, subject to coordination and availability. The location is approximately 30 miles from central Los Angeles and offers a unique alternative to traditional studios and warehouses, particularly for productions looking for an authentic aviation or industrial environment.
