Welcome to our versatile creative studio and private events venue, centrally located in the heart of Irvine, Orange County. Designed with content creators, brands, and event planners in mind, this unique space offers endless possibilities for all types of shoots and events. Founded by fashion marketing and social media veteran Anna Tran, the venue was created to be the perfect blank canvas, ready to bring your ideas to life. Our space features two fully equipped studios, two restrooms, and a spacious warehouse, providing the flexibility to accommodate any vision. Whether you're planning a photoshoot, a branded event, or a private gathering, our thoughtfully designed and decorated venue is ready to support your creative endeavors.
