We rented the apartment to shoot a short film, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always checking in to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed throughout the entire process. Their support and flexibility made such a difference and allowed us to film peacefully without any stress. The space was perfect, and their helpful attitude truly made it feel like a collaborative and safe environment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth and friendly experience!

Davide is an excellent host! During the shoot, he was actively involved, present on set, and always available. The parking situation couldn’t have been better! The organization and hospitality were top-notch. Davide truly became a part of our team and, after the shoot, a great friend. If we need this location for our next project, we’ll definitely return to these wonderful apartments. Special shoutout for the rooftop – everything was perfect, and it’s genuinely hard to find such locations in LA at a reasonable price. Huge thanks to Davide and his friends for their warm welcome, support, and two amazing days of movie magic!
