The space is ideal for groups of up to 20 people and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: -Large conference table with seating for 10 -Outdoor terrace with additional seating and scenic views of Elliott Bay and the Space Needle -Television for connecting laptops or other devices (TV is not connected to Wi-Fi or cable) -Kitchen equipped with warming drawer, mini refrigerator, and sink -Wi-Fi Additional Notes: Guests may use the coffee machine; however, supplies such as creamer, sugar, and cups are not provided. Please plan to bring your own. We require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for all productions. Please note that all set up and breakdown time should be included in your reservation time. Furniture should not be relocated. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be completely removed.
