This is a new construction from 2024, very bright and modern, combining contemporary architecture (house, pool, etc.) with a deep green garden that brings harmony and freshness. The highlights are the garden, the pool, and the spacious open-plan dining room, which has natural light all day long and boasts a very high level of comfort (sofa, sound system, kitchen, etc.). The house faces south, giving it that natural light we love at all times. Also important is that 20 meters from the house there are two parking spaces perfect for parking all types of vans and trucks.
