West facing living room. -Set up throughout with photoshoots and branding images in mind. -Multiple broadcast interviews have been done bc of the discreet and private ideal space for high profile interviewees and sensitive subject matter. Quiet Neighborhood. -Different looks with textured walls, on trend design and loads of natural lights. -Exterior dark stucco for exterior interviews or black wall. -Private Courtyard -Premium lux listing -Natural Light -Views of the Hollywood sign and unobstructed vistas.     Meredith's home was the perfect location for our documentary shoot. Great light and multiple set-up looks in the main living space. There were no issues with sound and our crew had plenty of space to set up, which made for a very comfortable shoot. Meredith was available and helped with all of our questions along the way. Will look forward to filming here again in the future!

Loading in and out was super easy and parking was convenient. Meredith was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions prior to booking.
