About the Space

The Courtroom Our state-of-the art, full-sized courtroom is the perfect space for your mock trial, trial practice, arbitration, CLE, presentation, award ceremony, and much more. The room is a fully-functional courtroom with a capacity of 200 people, equipped with microphones, sound system, projector, and raising/lowering projector screen. The tables and lecterns are moveable and customizable for your ideal layout. Our courtroom has also been used for television and commercials, photoshoots, and many other uses. Contact us today to reserve our courtroom. The CLE Rooms / Classrooms The CLE room / classroom space is divisible into two rooms. Fully equipped with white boards and projector screens, this space can be used for arbitrations, mediations, CLEs, presentations, educational seminars, group meetings, focus groups, conferences, and much more. Contact us today to reserve a CLE room / classroom. Mediation / Meeting Rooms Located on the second floor, these fully-furnished rooms are the perfect size for mediations and client meetings. Each room is sound-proofed for privacy and confidential communications. The reception area includes a complimentary gourmet coffee bar, fresh citrus & cucumber water, snacks, fruit, and beverages, as well as a welcoming client services representative to assist with your needs, including arranging meal delivery. The meeting rooms are decorated with fine art courtesy of our partnership and support of the local art community and provide calm and beauty during your visit.
